- • Downtown Partner Page
Your company will be listed as a partner on the Cedar Rapids Downtown District Website. The CRDD website receives thousands of unique page views per month. Viewers include people who live, work, or visit the downtown area, and wish to view the latest in downtown development.
• Downtown District Welcome Packet
Partners have the opportunity to provide information about their organization for our Downtown Welcome packets. Packets are offered to new employees within and outside of the Downtown District, showcasing downtown events, services, dining, and entertainment.
• CRDD E-blasts
CRDD sends out an e-blast twice a week to over 2300 opt-in recipients wanting to know about the latest in Downtown development, events, and updates. As a partner, you are eligible to submit your events for consideration of inclusion on these much anticipated emails.
• Priority Consideration in Downtown District Events
The Cedar Rapids Downtown District is responsible for several signature events, including the famous Downtown Farmers’ Markets, Pub Crawls, Downtown Drive-in Movies, the Holiday Fire & Ice Festival and more. Downtown District partners make themselves available for priority consideration in sponsorship, collaboration, and hosting of these high traffic events. Marketing and promotion of these events will go through various marketing and communication channels, creating awareness of your support for downtown.
• Collective Advertising at no additional cost
CRDD will be looking for strategic opportunities to do collective advertising to promote our downtown partners. This effort will be made possible through seeking marketing and advertising opportunities throughout the Corridor.
• Reduced Advertising Rates for Web Banners and E-Blast
Partners will receive a 25% discount for advertising on our eblast and website pages.
• Downtown Voice
A collective voice is a strong voice. As a downtown partner, we will serve as your advocate for continued strength and growth of the downtown area. The Downtown District lobbies aggressively for Downtown Cedar Rapids and for initiatives that will have a positive impact on attraction and retention of our community’s work force, visitors, and patrons. We work closely with elected officials and various government staff representatives to ensure the interests of our partners are protected.
